Returns and Refunds Policy



10% Restocking Fee

Returns: Any undamaged or defective item purchased from Seller through this website may be returned for any reason within 10 business days (as determined by our shipping records) after you receive the item. In order to be eligible for a return, you must obtain an claim number within this 10 business day period by calling Seller at 626-474-5991 during normal business hours. You must include the claim number along with the item and ship it back to Seller’s Upland, Ca.  facility. You must ship the item in its original packaging or packaging of similar quality and construction to ensure its safe return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and Gabo Filters Inc., strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for at least the cost of the item because Gabo Filters Inc., will not issue a refund or credit for items lost or damaged during transit. Title and risk of loss to the item remains with you until the item has safely arrived at our Upland, Ca facility.


Issuance of Refund: Provided that the undamaged or defective return for which a claim number was issued is safely received by Seller no later than 30 days from the date of purchase, we will issue a refund for your purchase price, any applicable tax and our standard shipping charge. Expedited, “rush”, air or any other special freight charges are not subject to refund or credit. No refund or credit will be issued for items not received in good condition, even if defective. Refunds will only be issued as a credit to the credit card account you used to purchase the returned item and in no event will the amount exceed the total amount originally paid. Items for which a claim number was issued but which are received by Seller more than 30 days after the original purchase are subject to a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%).

Items Damaged in Shipment; Exceptional Circumstances: For any item that was damaged when originally received by you, please keep the original box and all packaging materials for a reasonable time for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return to Seller. In rare instances, a refund or credit (in our sole and absolute discretion) may be issued without requiring a return of the item. In this situation, we do not take title to the item for which the refund or credit is issued. Seller may, at any time, limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss or theft.
